CCVI Group started operating in the bearing business in 1951 when the first CCVI Company was incorporated in Vicenza (Italy).
While at first the company was trading several bearing brands, the development of the company brought to the process of starting fully controlled production lines already in the mid eighties. At that point CCVI was not anymore just a single company but was evolving to become the worldwide group that now is well known to be a trusty supplier of high quality bearings.
From the mid-eighties until the mid-nineties CCVI branches were opened in many countries.
Now, wherever you are, CCVI is close to you: Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the UK, China, Japan, the United States and Brazil are the company¡¯s most relevant locations.
Excellence in the manufacturing has always been extremely important for CCVI. The Zhenjiang (China) factory was built in 1999 according to the most modern standards of efficiency and quality. This factory has been expanded twice in the meantime, in order to support the sales increase, but the total quality control and the expertise of the engineering department have remained unchanged. TS/16949 certification was therefore a logical result of CCVI business philosophy.
